Assign the wood species that will determine character, visual tone, weight, material risk, and pricing tier for the piece.

Included Woods

Base-price species included with the selected instrument. Pine and Poplar are the standard included paddle woods.

Standard

Core species selected for reliable performance, balanced presentation, and standard material handling.

Signature

Elevated species with stronger figure, more distinct character, or a moderate material upcharge relative to Standard stock.

Reserve

Highest-risk or limited species with the greatest material sensitivity, strongest upcharge, or reduced bench availability.

The handle profile has already assigned the correct wrap geometry. Choose the leather color or grip treatment here.

Body Options

Declare the body structure, face treatment, drilling pattern, edge direction, and any physical refinements tied to the striking surface.

Record the engraving directive, placement requirements, proof path, and any adjustment notes that must follow the build packet.
