The Sub Space Boutique does not support reckless use, coercion, spectacle, or the misuse of discipline tools. Every piece is made for adults who understand that consent, consequence, restraint, and care belong together.

These tools are not sold for chaos, coercion, or careless use.

If a request, intended use, or communication pattern suggests harm, non-consent, panic play without competence, intoxicated use, or disregard for safety, the House may refuse the work outright.

  • You are an adult in your jurisdiction.
  • You understand informed, revocable consent.
  • You inspect tools before and after use.
  • You assume responsibility for storage and handling.
  • You stop use immediately if safety changes.

Rule 01

Adult use only

Every item sold by The Sub Space Boutique is intended only for adults. By purchasing, commissioning, possessing, or using a House-made piece, you confirm that you are legally an adult where you live and where the item will be received and used.

Rule 02

Consent is not assumed

The House does not endorse coercion, force, intimidation, impaired consent, or any dynamic where a person cannot freely agree, withdraw agreement, or communicate a stop. Consent must be informed, specific, current, and revocable. If that standard is not present, use should not proceed.

Rule 03

Use requires competence, inspection, and restraint

Discipline tools are not toys and should not be used casually, emotionally, or while impaired. The user is responsible for checking condition, edge integrity, wrap security, finish integrity, cracks, splits, looseness, wear, and environmental risk before every use. Any item that appears compromised is removed from service immediately.

Rule 04

The House may refuse or withdraw

The Sub Space Boutique reserves the right to refuse commissions, cancel conversations, deny service, or withdraw from a project where the communication, request, shipping situation, intended use, or conduct around the order conflicts with House standards, lawful conduct, or basic safety expectations.

Storage, handling, and retirement

Store every piece dry, stable, and out of direct heat or moisture. Do not leave tools where minors or unauthorized people can access them. Wipe down after use, inspect regularly, and retire any piece that no longer feels fully trustworthy in the hand.

Medical, legal, and personal responsibility

The House cannot evaluate your medical status, trauma history, medications, legal exposure, or emotional condition. Those risks belong to the user. Nothing sold here replaces competent education, legal caution, communication skill, emotional regulation, or professional advice where needed.

Use remains your responsibility.

This House supports discipline, not carelessness.
