Your Order From Bench to Dispatch

Workshop Releases and custom builds follow different paths. Production time and carrier transit are separate.

Workshop Releases

1. Order confirmed. Payment and the selected finished piece are recorded. Cart placement alone does not reserve a release. Availability is confirmed at checkout.
2. Final inspection. The workshop checks the tool against the listing and inspects its condition before packing.
3. Protective packaging. The piece is secured for transport in plain exterior packaging.
4. Dispatch. Finished releases generally ship within 3–7 business days after payment, review, inspection, and packaging. Carrier transit follows dispatch.

Custom Builds

1. Build Review. The workshop reviews the paid configuration and production specifications. Contact the workshop promptly if your order record needs correction.
2. Artwork approval, when required. Engraved work receives a rendered proof for customer approval before production begins. The visual Builder preview does not replace the final artwork proof.
3. Production release. Standard completion is 2–4 weeks after Build Review and production release. For custom artwork, that window begins only after final artwork proof approval.
4. Inspection and packaging. The completed piece is checked against its Build Record before protective packing.
5. Dispatch. Carrier transit is additional. Read your order confirmation and the current shipping policy for the applicable details.

Check a Custom Build

Use your Build Record number at the Build Status Portal. The public portal should show only the relevant build status and permitted workshop details. It is not a public customer directory.

Contact the workshop with your order number or Build Record. Do not post your delivery address or other private order information in public comments.
