Focused discipline with direct response. The Hickory Consequence Cane uses a straight 1-inch square profile with softened edges, giving it a stronger architectural presence than a round cane while preserving a clean, controlled finish.

Hickory brings strong light-to-dark grain contrast and natural movement. On this profile, the finished piece reads as rugged, active, and full of character. Every board is naturally different, so grain direction, color depth, figure, and tonal variation will vary from the photographed example. That variation is part of the material and part of the finished tool.
